Report: "Earl" Actress Over Legal Limit At Time Of DUI Arrest

"My Name Is Earl" star Jaime Pressly was reportedly almost three times the legal drinking limit when she was arrested on suspicion of DUI last week. TMZ quotes law enforcement sources who say Pressly blew a point-22 on a field sobriety test, well over the legal limit of point-oh-eight. Police pulled the actress over for an alleged traffic violation last Wednesday night in Santa Monica. She was booked on suspicion of DUI and released on 15-thousand-dollars bail.
