Man Destroys Thousands Of Dollars Worth Of Beer With Metal Pipe

The suds were flowing through the streets of Milwaukee last week after a local resident did his best to stop a grocery store from receiving their beer. An unnamed man reportedly attacked a beer delivery truck with a metal pipe last Friday as the deliverymen attempted to stock the shelves at Mid-Town Groceries. According to the "Milwaukee Journal Sentinel," the suspect scolded the deliverymen for bringing poison into the neighborhood. The man went on to ruin about two-thousand-dollars worth of beer, while passers-by helped themselves to a few free drinks. Nirmal Singh, owner of Mid-Town Groceries, says the man destroyed beer for about half an hour and then sat down and waited for the police to arrive. He adds, quote, "Nothing like this has ever happened here. No robberies, no nothing until this." The beer-hating 32-year-old was in police custody as of last Friday night.
