Carrie Underwood is the top country contender heading into the 37th annual People's Choice Awards. The singer has bids in three categories at the event. She's facing off against Taylor Swift for two awards -- Favorite Country Artist and Favorite Female Artist. Lady Antebellum, Keith Urban, and Rascal Flatts are the other Country Artist contenders, while Underwood and Swift's competition for Female Artist include Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, and Pink. Underwood's third shot at an award stems from her acting. She's vying for Favorite TV Guest Star for her appearance last March on the sitcom "How I Met Your Mother." Tim McGraw's also a nominee. He's joining Eminem, Usher, Enrique Iglesias, and Michael Bublé in vying for Favorite Male Artist. Queen Latifah is set to host the 37th annual People's Choice Awards, which will take place in Los Angeles Wednesday night. The two-hour ceremony will air on CBS at 9:00 p.m. Eastern.
