Clown Threatens To Burn Down Liquor Store

Police in Austin, Texas arrested an inebriated man in a clown outfit last week. Ted Stewart reportedly walked into Twin Liquors last Friday, but was denied alcohol because the clerk thought he was too drunk. The 44-year-old allegedly became angry and threatened to return to the store to kill the clerk and burn down the building. According to Statesman.com, the clerk called police and described Stewart as a, quote, "rodeo clown transvestite." Stewart was arrested a short time later and charged with two misdemeanor terroristic threats and public intoxication.
