Sara Evans Headlining Rural Nebraska's 2011 Cattlemen's Ball

Sara Evans is helping out in the fight against cancer. The singer will be the headliner at the 2011 Cattlemen's Ball, which raises money for research into the disease. The two-day event will take place in West Point, Nebraska on June 3rd and 4th. Evans is slated to cap off the event on the second night. Money from the benefit will got to the Eppley Cancer Center as well as other healthcare organizations in the area. The charity event will occur just a few months after Evans releases her new album. "Stronger" will be the country star's first new studio effort in more than five years, following her October 2005 effort "Real Fine Place." The project includes her current single, "A Little Bit Stronger," which is also part of the "Country Strong" soundtrack. Evans' "Stronger" is slated to hit stores on March 8th.
