Town Uses Cameras To Catch Bad Pet Owners

The British town of Milton Keynes is cracking down on irresponsible pet owners. According to the U.K.'s "Orange" news, spy cameras have been hidden in trees and hollowed-out rocks across town to catch people who don't clean up after their animals. Investigator Mark Halstead says his agency usually tracks down people having affairs, but admits his transition into animal-related offenses has been successful. He remarks, quote, "People are using us to shop known offenders who have been getting away with it for a long time. Dog fouling is filthy and dangerous to children and we won't tolerate it." Halstead says he has film of 30 offenders, which he plans on turning over to the city council.
