Pepper Spray Fight Closes Topless Bar

(Yonkers, NY) -- A fight between two strippers and a separate altercation between management and a patron were enough to close the City Lights topless bar in Yonkers, New York. A 25-year-old topless dancer told police that 20-year-old Monica Nugent pepper sprayed her in the face during a fight in the changing room. Nugent was arrested and charged with assault and possession of a weapon. The manager at the bar, 27-year-old Gregory Otero was charged with operating a disorderly premise. Otero had told police that before the pepper spray incident, he had ejected a patron from the premises after an altercation. The bar has since reopened.
