City Councilman Blows Whistle On Kids Selling Cupcakes

(New Castle, NY) -- A New Castle, New York city councilman called the police recently -- on two 13-year-olds selling cup cakes. Andrew DeMarchis and Kevin Graff sold brownies, cookies, and other baked goods at a local park and made over 100 dollars on the first day. That didn't go over well with Councilman Michael Wolfensohn, who called police complaining the kids were operating a business without a license. Cops then forced the kids to shut down their operation.
