They've been "amazing" on TV, now newlyweds Chad and Stephanie Waltrip are embarking on parenthood. People.com reports that Chad and Stephanie -- who competed on the current season of CBS' "Amazing Race" -- are confirming that they're expecting a child together next summer. The Waltrips were eliminated on the ninth leg of the global trek, but over the course of their journey on the Emmy-winning reality show they did get engaged and are now married.
Regarding the impact that "Amazing Race" has had on their relationship, Chad says, quote, "Ultimately, it made us so much stronger. Stephanie already knew I have a quick temper. But I proved to her that I learned I can't be so demanding and that sometimes I need to take a step back. We know we can take on anything now."
