"The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, Part 2" Gets Release Date
The final chapter in the "Twilight Saga" film franchise will rise to the big screen in November of 2012. Summit Entertainment has announced November 16th, 2012 as the theatrical release date for second part of "Breaking Dawn," based on the fourth and final book in the teen vampire romance franchise. It was announced earlier this year that the film adaptation of "Breaking Dawn" would be divided into two films to bring a total of five films to the "Twilight" film franchise. The first half of "Breaking Dawn" will be released on November 18th, 2011, leaving almost a full year in between "Twilight" releases. Both films will be shot by director Bill Condon. It has yet to be decided which rating the films will be given and whether or not they'll be shot in 3D.
The latest installment in the franchise, "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse," was released over the Fourth of July holiday weekend and made 262-million-dollars in its first five days of release.
