Customer Verbally Abused For Using Express Lane

(Undated) -- A Wisconsin woman recently endured an unpleasant trip to the grocery store. According to WISN.com, the woman had 37 items in her cart when a clerk told her she could check out at the ten-items or less counter. While paying for her groceries, a man reportedly stood behind her in line and proceeded to call her fat and ugly. The woman promptly called 911 and Saukville police issued the man a citation for disorderly conduct. Following the incident the woman stated, quote, "I'm glad he got that ticket," adding, quote, "He deserved that."
