Burglar Arrested For Breaking Into Home For Second Time

A Florida man is back behind bars after returning to the scene of his previous crime. MySunCoast.com is reporting that Sarasota police arrested Gerald Maxwell Tuesday night after he broke into a home for the second time in two years. When confronted by police the 39-year-old remarked, quote, "I was going back in there to leave a thank you note, because I'm the guy who burglarized this place last year; I just got out of jail." Maxwell has been charged with burglary and violation of probation, and is being held in the Sarasota County Jail without bond.
