Toy Company Offers Personalized Action Figures
A toy company in Oregon is giving people the chance to immortalize themselves forever as an action figure. According to the U.K.'s "Orange" news, That's My Face is creating figures with life-like mini heads based on photos provided by customers. Thanks to special software, That's My Face can create a three-dimensional map of peoples' features that they can then scale down. Customers can choose the body they want their face to sit atop, with choices ranging from a soldier to a photographer. Personalized action figures are available from 40-dollars to 145-dollars. Spokesman John Keaton says, quote, "I've always been a fan of action figures and thought it would be a great idea to personalize them so you can, in essence, play with yourself."
