Elephant Causes Traffic Jam In Switzerland

Motorists in Zurich, Switzerland recently had their commute delayed by a large animal. The U.K.'s "Orange" news is reporting that a elephant got loose and caused a traffic jam in the middle of the city. The elephant escaped while being moved from her home at the Circus Knie into a trailer. She stopped by Lake Zurich for a brief swim before eventually heading to the city streets. The elephant was eventually captured by animal welfare experts after two hours on the run. Circus spokesman Nik Leuenberger remarks, quote, "We are relieved that nothing happened. She didn't mean any harm."
