Rodney Atkins is teaming up with Kraft to help promote it's Velveeta Shells & Cheese. For his contribution to the partnership the singer has recorded the song "Get Together," which is being featured in TV commercials for the dish. In May the song will be released as a free, limited edition download, with 100-thousand downloads available. Atkins will also participate in several promotions, which includes serving as the prize for the "Ultimate Get Together" contest -- also starting in May -- in which he'll go to the winner's home and provide the entertainment for a private family and friends backyard cookout.Atkins says he's, quote, "excited to team up with Velveeta Shells & Cheese to encourage folks to 'get together' and to enjoy some good food and good music this summer."
