Steel Magnolia is generating a lot of attention with their debut single, "Keep On Lovin' You." The duo's Joshua Scott Jones says he believes it's a great song to introduce themselves to country music fans. Jones notes that while the song is catchy and most people can relate to the lyrics, he was drawn to its melody. "Keep On Lovin' You" has climbed to number 14 on the Billboard Top Country Songs chart, giving Steel Magnolia the distinction of having the highest charting debut single from a male-female country duet in the chart's 66-year history. It has also brought Jones and singing partner Meghan Linsey two nominations for the upcoming Academy of Country Music Awards. They're up for Top Vocal Duo of the Year and Top New Vocal Duo of the Year. The 45th annual ACM Awards will take place in Las Vegas, and air on CBS on April 18th."Keep On Lovin' You" is featured on Steel Magnolia's self-titled EP, which arrived last month. It's also on the compilation soundtrack album to the film "Valentine's Day."
