Martina McBride, Courtyard Hounds Join Lilith Fair

Martina McBride and Courtyard Hounds -- the Dixie Chicks spin-off duo featuring Emily Robison and Martie Maguire -- are among the latest performers to sign on for the upcoming Lilith Fair tour. They're joining an extensive and eclectic lineup of rock, pop, and country stars on the trek highlighting female artists. Miranda Lambert, Sugarland, Loretta Lynn, and Emmylou Harris are also on board for the tour. Other confirmed acts include the bands Heart, The Go-Go's, and The Bangles; singer-songwriters Sheryl Crow, Suzanne Vega, Beth Orton, and Toby Lightman; and R&B stars Mary J. Blige and Jill Scott; as well as pop singers Kelly Clarkson and Ke$ha; the duos the Indigo Girls and Tegan & Sara; and Lilith Fair founder Sarah McLachlan. Dates and venues for the tour, which is making a comeback after an eleven-year hiatus, will be announced soon.
