Man With Extensive Rap Sheet Busted Again

(Chicago, IL) -- Some people never learn and an Illinois man with more than 150 arrests on his record seems to be one of them. Keith Anderson found himself in a pair of handcuffs once again after allegedly trying to steel a passenger's briefcase on the Red Line in Chicago. Police say he grabbed a woman by the clothing earlier this week and tried to grab the case but he didn't get very far. She broke free and hit the emergency button. Anderson was arrested within minutes. His wrap sheet includes dozens of incidents of theft near public transit stations.
