(Coral Gables, FL) -- A Florida man is accused of calling police to report a bomb in his workplace so he could get the day off from work. WPLG-TV in Miami reports police in Coral Gables received a 911 call early Monday morning. The caller said, quote, "There is a bomb at the Biltmore Hotel, and death to all Jews." Then the caller hung up. Police determined there was no bomb and the call had come from inside the hotel. Surveillance videos helped them determine 62-year-old Thomas Hudnall made the call. He was arrested and reportedly admitted to making the threat. Police say the man referred to "Jews" in hopes the hotel would be evacuated so he could have the day off from work. Hudnall is facing charges of making a false report of explosives and weapons of mass destruction.
