Eleven-Year-Old Charged With Throwing Toy Gun At Dad

An eleven-year-old Florida girl is facing misdemeanor charges after refusing to listen to her father. NWFDailyNews.com is reporting that the child has been charged with domestic battery after throwing a toy gun at her dad. The girl and her seven-year-old brother were reportedly arguing over a chair on March 24th when the father attempted to put his little girl in timeout. While standing outside his daughter's bedroom, the girl reportedly tossed a toy gun at her dad's head. The fake weapon cut the man's head, causing him to bleed. The daughter is now due back in juvenile court on May 5th.
