Conan O'Brien Follows Bride-To-Be On Twitter

It looks like Conan O'Brien has done an about face regarding Twitter. O'Brien now has his own Twitter account and has spent the last few weeks following a Fowlerville, Michigan woman at random. 19-year-old Sarah Killen -- a bride-to-be -- has seen her profile elevate considerably since O'Brien started following her tweets. Now, Killen tells Popeater.com that plans for her wedding are getting easier. Killen says, quote, "I'm getting married on September 25, and we didn't know if we would be able to afford it. Now I'm getting custom made shoes and a dress from Kelima in New York...We're getting a limo, Classic Creations is giving us wedding bands and there's a vineyard in California sending us wine. We've got it all covered now." Killen adds that O'Brien is not only invited to her wedding, but her fiance wants him to be the best man.
