Brad Paisley Announces H2O Tour On World Water Day

Brad Paisley is taking a humanitarian approach with his next tour. His "H2O World Tour" is named in part for his latest single, "Water," and in part to help promote and support the charity Hope Through Healing Hands with their clean and safe drinking water campaign. Hope Through Healing Hands will be represented at each stop, which will feature much more than music. A "Water World Plaza" will include aquatic-themed activities such as a Chevy H2O FLW fishing simulator and a dunking booth, while fans will also get the chance to test their skill behind the wheel in a Corvette driving simulator. Paisley is rather proud of his abilities in the driving simulator, and notes to all challengers, quote, "If they can beat me, they can meet me." In addition, a special "Water World Plaza Stage" will feature performances from newcomers Easton Corbin, Josh Thompson, and Steel Magnolia, while Darius Rucker and Justin Moore will open shows for Paisley on the main stage.

Paisley adds, quote, "I've never been this excited about a tour. After one of the worst winters I can remember, we're going to make up for it this summer." The "H2O World Tour" is expected to run 12 months and include 75 shows throughout North America and Europe. He officially unveiled the first 39 dates -- including stops in the U.S., Canada, England, and Norway -- on Monday to coincide with World Water Day. Paisley's "H2O World Tour" will begin in Virginia Beach, Virginia on May 21st.
