Veteran actress Betty White is speaking publicly about the personal scandal swirling around Sandra Bullock. People.com reports that White, who co-starred with the Oscar winner in 2009's "The Proposal," feels "deeply saddened" for Bullock. This, as reports surface that Bullock's husband Jesse James may have had an affair with a model named Michelle "Bombshell" McGee. White added, quote, "At such a high point in her life, it's tough, but I think the less other people have to say about it and let her work it out...the better."Bullock presented White with a Life Achievement Award at the Screen Actors Guild Awards in Los Angeles this past January. Bullock picked up her own SAG Award that night for her performance in "The Blind Side." In March, Bullock picked up an Oscar for the same role and used part of her acceptance speech to thank James for his role in her success.
