Rascal Flatts' 10th Anniversary Celebration Continues With Country Radio Party

Rascal Flatts is planning another special party in conjunction with the group's 10th anniversary this year. The trio will be hosting an event honoring country radio at the Renaissance Hotel in Nashville this Wednesday. Rascal Flatts' Jay DeMarcus explains the motivation behind the party, noting, quote, "Since 'Prayin' For Daylight,' country radio has been our voice to the fans for ten years now. We would never have been able to do what we've done without them, it's that simple. So, we wanted to take a moment to tell them face to face how much we appreciate their constant support of Rascal Flatts and our music; a moment to celebrate all we've accomplished together and toast to what lies ahead." Rascal Flatts' scheduled their party to coincide with this year's Country Radio Seminar, which takes place in Nashville from Wednesday through Friday.

This is Rascal Flatts' second party to honor those who might not otherwise get recognition for the group's success. Earlier this month the trio held a similar party for the many songwriters who have contributed to the band's catalog of songs.
