Man Asks Cop His Favorite Drink After DUI Arrest

An inquisitive motorist was arrested last month and charged with a DUI. NWFDailyNews.com is reporting that a 30-year-old Florida man was stopped by police on January 31st after his car was seen swerving. According to the police report, the man told police he was, quote, "just trying to get home," adding that he had consumed, quote, "a six pack probably." When asked to perform a sobriety test, the Crestview resident handed the officer his keys and said, quote, "Here, I'm done anyway." During his drive to the Okaloosa County Jail, the allegedly inebriated driver asked the officer several times what his favorite alcoholic beverage was. He also asked the cop to turn his blue lights on.
