Illinois Police Looking For Man Who Stole ATM

Police in Illinois are on the lookout for a man who stole an ATM machine. The "Journal Star" is reporting that the suspect drove a stolen pickup truck into a gas station Friday morning and then made off with the ATM. The man allegedly drove to the East Peoria Event Center, where he placed the cash dispenser against a wall and tried to ram it open. When the man realized he couldn't open the ATM, he reportedly stole a van from a nearby business and fled the scene. Surveillance footage has revealed that police are looking for a white man with a thin build who is approximately six-feet tall. Anyone with any information is asked to call the East Peoria police.
