The Zac Brown Band is among the latest stars to sign on for the upcoming GRAMMY Awards ceremony. The group has been tapped to perform at the event along with Lady GaGa, Pink, Green Day, and the Dave Matthews Band. Brown and company are the third country act to be confirmed for the event, following Taylor Swift and Lady Antebellum. Other previously named performers include Beyonce, The Black Eyed Peas, and Maxwell.The Zac Brown Band is heading into the GRAMMYs as a nominee. The group is up for the prestigious Best New Artist award, while their breakthrough hit "Chicken Fried" is in the running for Best Country Performance By A Duo Or Group With Vocals and the CD "The Foundation" is vying for Best Country Album.
