High School Placed On Lockdown After Lesson Plan Goes Awry....

A Michigan high school was placed on lockdown last week after a pair of police officials confused a lunch lady. MLive.com reports that Montrose High School went into lockdown last Thursday after a lunch lady spotted two police officers putting on masks in the parking lot. Afraid that the men might be planning something sinister, the lunch lady reported what she saw. One-hundred-80 students eating lunch were moved to the gym, while the rest of the school was locked down. Fortunately, it turns out the two law enforcement officials were just preparing to stage a robbery for the school's forensic science class. Principal Jim Ply says the lunch lady did the right thing, but adds that the school's forensics class will continue with the mock robberies.
